Aussie raider Dean Shannon made use of the trans-Tasman bubble, popping over for #NZBStandardbred’s National Weanling Sale. Shannon purchased three lots including two Always B Miki fillies he bought for $20,000 and $28,000 respectively and a Vincent filly he secured for $6,000.

Ripple Creek’s Trent Yesberg has been active throughout the day, so far purchasing four lots, including securing Lot 8, a Bettor’s Delight filly out of Christian Cullen mare Queen Camille (NZ) for $33,000 and Lot 71, a Father Patrick filly out of Con Grazia (NZ) (Majestic Son) for $30,000.

John Taylor’s Georgia Brooke Lodge just sold Lot 71 to Trent Yesberg, a Father Patrick filly out of Con Grazia (NZ) (Majestic Son) for $30,000. Taylor’s small but select band of broodmares has seen him fetch prices of up to $200,000 from previous NZB Standardbred sales.

John Street at Lincoln Farms purchased a number of weanlings alongside the guidance of trainer Ray Green at #NZBStandardbred’s National Weanling Sale. His purchases include a colt by exciting sire Vincent for $15,000, a filly by Sweet Lou bought for $14,000 and two lots by Art Major, a colt secured for $27,000 and a filly for $18,000.
